Our standards shall be monitored regularly and conscientiously against our quality (QA/QC) system. The company staff shall be constantly informed of quality requirements by ensuring they fully understand our mission through training and effective information update.

 

Our QA/QC system shall also be constantly monitored against international standards with a view to upgrading as and when necessary to achieve continuous improvement in the quality of our products and services.

 

Our mission is to be a world class company capable of delivering high quality and value added services to our customers whilst ensuring safety of personnel, equipment and environment.

All our equipment is guaranteed to be free from defects in material, workmanship and design for a period of six to twelve months after installation depending on manufacturer’s warranty offer.  This warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective unit.  The warranty is valid provided the defect does not arise from failure to provide adequate electrical power supply, air-conditioning or humidity control, power interruption or voltage fluctuation protection.
